Is your billing discreet?

Purchases made on our site with a credit card will appear on statements as our initials *** LLC (initials left blank to minimize search results).

Purchases made with PayPal will show up on your PayPal account as KinkOrToys.com but any linked credit card statements will be our initials *** LLC

Is your Shipping Discreet?

All shipping is discreet, shipped in plain cardboard boxes. Return labels do vary as we not only maintain our own stock but also work closely with the manufacturers and distributors. This helps us minimize products being out of stock. The return label you receive on your package(s) will either be from a “Shipping/Receiving”, or our initials. All Axovus products ship in plain discreet packaging and have Axovus on the shipping label.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the highly personal nature of our products we unfortunately cannot accept returns/exchanges on any products. Even if the product was never opened or used.

What can i do if i received a defective product?

If you received a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will get you a replacement.
