Beautiful black latigo leather lined with a 5 mil. soft fabric lined neoprene that's really comfortable and non-slipping, but these cuffs go further with a durable locking system!

The set comes with two 2 1/2" wide buckle- adjust cuffs, one 3 1/2" double snap lock and two 2 3/8" stainless steel spring snaps for attaching elsewhere. Features highly polished stainless steel buckles and D rings.

Fits a 4" - 9" wrist.
